Here is our returns and refunds policy:
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can look into the issue for you.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, you can return it to us and we will reimburse the return postage cost once we receive and inspect the item. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
We will then offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
How to Return
Contact us at info@thelittlehippieshop.co.uk to notify us of your return and receive guidance (including a Return Authorisation number if needed).
Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and send it back to the return address we provide.
For non-damaged or non-faulty items, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
For confirmed faulty or damaged items, please keep your postage receipt. We will reimburse the reasonable return postage cost once the item has been received and inspected.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
For faulty or damaged items, any agreed return postage reimbursement will also be processed once the item has been received.
