14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. After 14 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Damaged or Faulty Items If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund at your preference.
Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
