Prices
- Second Class Post = £3.95
- First Class Signed For Services = £5.50
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged once purchased.
14-Day Return Window
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- After the 14-day period has passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Returns for Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We will arrange for a free return and replacement of the damaged item or provide a full refund, based on your preference.
- Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging to assist us in processing your claim promptly.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Support Team at [info@thelittlehippieshop.co.uk] to notify us of your intent to return an item.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, if applicable.
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the provided return address.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within [5] business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that return shipping costs for non-damaged items are the responsibility of the customer.
